As the Senior Designer at Petco, I led the redesign of Petco’s personalized birthday email and direct mail campaigns, which are sent year-round to celebrate customers' pets. The mailers are customized with each pet’s name, requiring a thoughtful and flexible design approach. The goal was to create a warm and inviting experience while maintaining a clean aesthetic that aligns with Petco’s brand. The updated designs are now in continuous circulation and contributed to a 20% increase click-through-rate month-over-month.
